Este documento otorga al albacea (<em>executor<\/em>) el derecho de gestionar el caudal hereditario del testador para darle el destino que le corresponda seg\u00fan lo dispuesto por este. Tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 llevar la Apostilla de la Haya para su presentaci\u00f3n en el extranjero. La autoridad ante la cual se ha de presentar la solicitud en Inglaterra o Gales es Her Majesty&#8217;s Courts and Tribunals Service o HMCTS. El albacea debe solicitarlo por Internet (en este <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apply-for-probate.service.gov.uk\/death-certificate?_ga=2.252941377.915978078.1617700413-1604696740.1617541858\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">enlace<\/a>) o por correo postal, cumplimentando <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/form-pa1p-apply-for-probate-the-deceased-had-a-will\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">esta solicitud<\/a> y envi\u00e1ndola a la direcci\u00f3n:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HMCTS Probate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PO Box 1262 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harlow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CM20 9QE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Certificado de defunci\u00f3n (<em>death certificate<\/em>)<\/strong>. En Inglaterra o Gales, la partida de defunci\u00f3n se solicita cumplimentando <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/death-certificate-application-form\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">este formulario<\/a>. No necesita ir apostillada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Instrucciones para los fiduciarios<\/strong>. Cuando el testador ha querido constituir un <em>trust <\/em>o fideicomiso, es habitual que las disposiciones de dicho <em>trust <\/em>vayan incorporadas al propio testamento (a veces, el propio albacea ser\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n el administrador fiduciario o <em>trustee<\/em>).
