Adem\u00e1s, el art\u00edculo 31 de dicha ley establece que, a menos que la sociedad opte expresamente por limitar su objeto social en sus estatutos, este se considerar\u00e1 ilimitado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cl\u00e1usulas y formato del <em>memorandum of association<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva acta o escritura de constituci\u00f3n simplemente indica que los suscriptores manifiestan su voluntad de crear una sociedad en virtud de la <em>Companies Act 2006<\/em> (concretamente, su art\u00edculo 8) y constituirse en sus socios o accionistas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denominaci\u00f3n social se hace constar en el t\u00edtulo. Sus funciones se circunscriben m\u00e1s bien a transacciones internacionales.
